Naval Surface Warfare Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida:   Electrical Engineer for the design/build RFP documents for the design of renovations of existing seawall and berthing facilities to accommodate relocation of a specialty vessel from NOTU Cape Canaveral.  

Waterfront Facilities, Naval Air Station Key West, Florida:  Electrical Engineer for the design of reconstruction of Truman Annex Harbor with work involving 1,600 feet of new anchored bulkhead and supporting utilities (cable TV, power, radio fire alarm, telephone).

Bechara Industrial Area Flood Control Project, San Juan, Puerto Rico:   Electrical Engineer for the design of electrical utilities relocation of alleviation of severe flooding in a major area of the Port of San Juan.  Included double 20-foot box structures under the main terminal, re-routing/widening of a feeder channel, and 4,000 feet of new flood control levees.

Berths 250-252, Port of Tampa, Florida:   Electrical Engineer for design of the improvement to 1,800 linear feet of new bulkhead.

NOTU Cape Canaveral, Florida:   Electrical Engineer for the design of utility and structural repair/restoration of wharves serving Poseidon and Trident submarines including a new 1600 amp, 480 volt electrical service and two 2000 kVA substations, transformers with a no-load tap changer to adjust the electrical voltages for various NATO ships, new telephone/data/cable TV, and an area and berth lighting.

Rio Grande de Arecibo Flood Control Project, Arecibo, Puerto Rico:   Electrical Engineer for the design of 5,500 meters of earth levees and 6,500 meters of river channel dredging and realignments.  

Kissimmee River Restoration Project, Florida:   Electrical Engineer for the design/build RFP documents for the electrical utilities relocation of the upper basin including dredging of approximately eight miles of canals of existing agricultural levees.  

Cedar Hammock (Wares Creek) Flood Control Improvements, Manatee County, Florida.   Electrical Engineer for the design/build RFP documents for the electrical utilities relocation for a 5,000 feet of dredging, 3,000 feet of clearing/snagging overgrown channels, 7,000 feet of trapezoidal channels, and 3,000 feet of walled channels.

Herbert Hoover Dike Study, Lake Okeechobee, Florida:   Electrical Engineer for the design/build RFP documents for the electrical utilities relocation of the 140-mile dike system that surrounds Lake Okeechobee.
